New resource - Lifestyle Quiz
Peter Archibald, a Scout Leader from Windsor has submitted the following resource produced for his Scouts completing the Green Footprint Award.
Young Person Lifestyle Quiz (PDF 54kb)
The quiz gives young people a rough idea of their own carbon footprint, and how their lifestyle choices affect the environment.
To put the resource into perspective the following national average carbon footprint figures should also be given.
America = 22,000 kg CO2e
Australia = 18,000 kg CO2e
UK = 11,000 kg CO2e
World average = 4,000 kg CO2e
China = 3,200 kg CO2e
India = 1,200 kg CO2e
Tanzania = 300 kg CO2e
